If the jadeite you purchase from Ying Yu Jade is not genuine jadeite, we will refund your purchase. All of our jadeite has been tested by refraction for jadeite. If your jadeite is tested within 15 days of purchase by a certified GIA gemologist (Gemological Institute of America) and is not jadeite, contact us and submit a copy of the certification which includes the testing that proves it is another mineral, signature of gemoligist and their GIA license number and your purchase price will be refunded. We do not accept opinions from gemologists other than GIA cerfied gemologists. The document from your gemologist must include a photo of the item you purchased, and the date of the testing as well as a contact
