Park Avenue Equity Partners invests in profitable middle-market companies that are seeking full or partial liquidity for their owners, or capital to fund growth strategies. The Firm’s equity investment size ranges up to $50 million. Typically, the Firm serves as lead investor, but in certain circumstances, co-invests with other private equity sponsors in larger transactions where we initiate the transaction and take the lead role.

Park Avenue Equity has a longer hold period for its investments than is typically the case in the private equity world. We look to grow our platform investments over the natural life of their growth profile; 5 to 7 years. This value orientation to our investments means we are highly selective of the management teams we partner with and companies we invest in. The investment opportunities we seek focus on growth strategies where operational improvements and add-on acquisitions can be achieved, enhancing profitability.

Park Avenue Equity adheres to conservative capital structures, avoiding excessive leverage. The Firm is sensitive to the needs of existing shareholders in the companies we invest in, and in every case, the portfolio company management team will invest alongside us.
