I was wearing the carved jadeite bangle at the top of this page for several weeks, felt like I needed more "yin" qi energy.
I was having trouble sleeping, feeling restless and my wrist was feeling achy, so decided to go more yin and see if I felt
better. I usually wear a white jadeite with green veins smooth bangle bracelet. I had watched a video about a woman
who was in Burma (Myanmar) and looking at jadeite and trying on a $60,000 jade bangle with imperial green veins and
i searched around for one that I had been hoarding that I thought was very similar. It is very small for me, 50mm inside
diameter,17mm wide, and my ideal size is 53mm. I took some photos of it, used a plastic bag to get it on, and now it's
stuck on my wrist.

I took the photos in natural daylight, outdoors, so they wouldn't have much editing. The weather has been cloudy this week
so the translucence doesn't show well. The jade bangle is a translucent white with a white "cloud" you can see at the top above the green veins, and the "cloud" is more opaque and "whiter" than the translucent white. The green veins color is
very close to imperial green, definitely "fei cui" green, with some imperial green blending in. The green veins are mostly
on one side, with a small patch of green veins nearby.

I personally purchased this jade bangle bracelet near the Burma border. A friend who is an officer in the southern jade
association and taught me about jadeite, how to test it without gemology lab testing, and where to find this kind of jade,
accompanied me to a small city that specializes in jade carving. The jade carvers go to Burma to "bid" on jadeite stones
They don't know what the inside of the boulder looks like until they carve it. You can view the rough jade market on the
video, there's a link at the end of this article.

So, while it's stuck on my wrist right now, I will probably be able to remove it with a plastic bag when I'm done wearing it.
People are often nervous about putting on a too small jade bangle, but if you can get it on with a plastic bag, you can
remove it, also. It's very close to my wrist, stimulates my acupressure points, and goes less than a quarter the way up
my arm. I usually don't like a wide jade bangle like this, but after sleeping with it on one night, my body has adjusted to
it. And I slept much better last night, feel less tense and stressed and more "blissed" today. It has the right kind of qi
energy for me. I need the white jade qi this time of year. Holiday season is supposed to be happy, but I remember the
people who are no longer here, feel sad about being away from family, and tend to get depressed over the holidays. This
kind of jade qi balances my body, mind and spirit, and already I am feeling much better. I love the carved jade bangle I
was wearing, but this one is perfect for me now. I think people intuitively choose the jade that has the best energy for them.

I purchased several jade bangle bracelets made from the same rough. They are small, 52-55mm and priced $3500+
but can be sold for at least $10,000 according to my jade contacts in China. I sell these by personal arrangement
so if you are interested, contact me.
