Coastal Concrete, Inc., headquartered in Bluffton, South Carolina, was purchased from the first close proceeds of Park Avenue Equity Partners II, L.P.  The Company is a leading supplier of ready-mixed concrete in both metropolitan and suburban markets in the rapidly growing Southeastern coastal region from South Carolina to Florida.  The Company operates 11 ready-mixed concrete plants, three portable batch plants and owns a fleet of approximately 110 mixer trucks.  The Company owns an additional five inactive ready-mixed concrete plants, two of which it is bringing on-line in the first half of 2007.  The Company has no immediate plans for the further three inactive sites.  The Company also operates two sand pits located in Savannah, GA and Columbia, SC, which supply approximately 35% of internal consumption.
