Chef Justin Severino returns to his eastern roots. Originally from Pennsylvania, chef Justin Severino delighted Californians with his cooking at Manresa Restaurant, and at several Outstanding dinners (at Route 1 Farm in 2005, and at Everett Family Farm with Severino Family Butchers in October, 2007). Newly returned to Pennsylvania, Justin pulls out his knives and shows us his skills.
Outstanding in the Field events feature a leisurely tour of the
hosting farm followed by a five course, farm-style dinner at our long table set in a scenic spot. Dinner is accompanied by a wine paired with each course. Diners are joined at the table by the farmer, food producers, a winemaker and other local artisans associated with the meal.
