Farmer Tim Stark is also writer Tim Stark. Heirloom: Notes from an Accidental Tomato Farmer is Tim's freshly penned memoir from the fertile fields of Eckerton Hill Farm. Tim's way with words will be put to good use as he guides us on a scenic and informative tour of his farm.

We first met Tim in California where he attended our Everett Family Farm dinner in the fall of 2007. Farmer friend Bill Telepan of Telepan restaurant in NYC joins us as guest chef. Join us in the verdant, late-summer fields of Pennsylvania.

Outstanding in the Field events feature a leisurely tour of the hosting farm followed by a five course, farm-style dinner at our long table set in a scenic spot. Dinner is accompanied by a wine paired with each course. Diners are joined at the table by the farmer, food producers, a winemaker and other local artisans associated with the meal.
